Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages:
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer support team directly to file a claim.
